Products & Orders

Sales are limited to customers within Australia. Prices are subject to change without notice. Natural timber variations in saunas are not considered defects and are a characteristic of the material.

Shipping & Heavy Goods Delivery

Large items are delivered kerbside only. You must inspect goods for transit damage within 48 hours of delivery. Redelivery fees apply if you are not present for a scheduled delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

You assume all risks associated with the use of our products. You agree to indemnify RELEASE. Performance & Recovery against any losses arising from misuse of our products or services. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as required under the Australian Consumer Law.
