1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship Australia-wide from our Warwick, QLD warehouse.

Activewear & Accessories:

Standard: FREE

Express: $25 

Delivery: 2–7 business days.

Compression Boots & Red-Light Panels:

Standard: FREE

Express: $25 

Delivery: 3–10 business days.

Saunas & Ice Baths (Bulky Goods):

Standard: FREE

Delivery: 7–21 business days depending on your state. Regional WA, TAS, and NT may take up to 28 days.

2. Special Handling for Saunas & Ice Baths

Because of their size and weight, large units require specialized freight services. 

Kerbside Delivery: Our standard delivery is "Kerbside/Tailgate" only. The driver will unload the pallet to the nearest safe point (driveway or garage) but will not move it inside your home or backyard.

Requirement: We recommend having at least 2–3 adults available to help move the components from the kerb.

Scheduling: You will receive a phone call or SMS from our carrier 24–48 hours before delivery to confirm a time window.

3. Important: Inspection & Transit Damage

Your signature on the delivery receipt confirms the goods were received in good condition.

Immediate Inspection: You must inspect the packaging for visible damage (dents, punctures, or tears) before the driver leaves.

Reporting Window: Any transit damage—including "concealed damage" found after unpacking—must be reported to hello@releaseperformancerecovery.com with photos within 48 hours. Claims made after this window may be denied by the freight insurer.

4. Failed Delivery & Redelivery Fees

PO Boxes: We cannot deliver bulky items (Saunas, Ice Baths, Red Light Panels) to PO Boxes.

Missed Delivery: If you are not home for a pre-scheduled freight delivery, a redelivery fee (typically $50–$150 depending on the unit size) will be charged by the carrier before a second attempt is made.
