By accessing the RELEASE. Performance & Recovery website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users, including browsers, vendors, and customers.

2. Health & Medical Disclaimer

No Medical Advice: All content on this site is for informational and wellness purposes only and does not substitute for professional medical advice.

Prerequisite Health: You warrant that you are in good physical health and have consulted a medical professional before using ice baths, saunas, or red light therapy.

Specific Risks: You acknowledge the inherent risks of extreme temperature exposure, including cold shock, hyperthermia, dehydration, or cardiovascular strain.

3. Products & Orders

Accuracy: We reserve the right to limit sales to any person or geographic region (e.g., Australia only) and to discontinue products at any time.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from obvious pricing errors.

Natural Materials: For saunas, variations in timber grain and colour are natural and not considered defects.

4. Shipping & Heavy Goods Delivery

Kerbside Delivery: Large items (saunas, ice baths) are delivered via tailgate/kerbside drop-off. It is your responsibility to move the item to its final location.

Inspection Period: You must inspect all goods for transit damage within 48 hours of receipt and report issues immediately with photo evidence.

Re-delivery Fees: If you are not present for a scheduled freight delivery, additional fees will apply.

5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of our products.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify RELEASE. and its officers against any losses or legal costs arising from your misuse of the products or breach of these terms.

Liability Limit: To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the purchased product.

6. Prohibited Uses

You must not use our site or products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws).

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland.
