Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship Australia-wide from our Warwick, QLD warehouse.

Special Handling for Saunas & Ice Baths
Large units require specialised freight. Delivery is kerbside/tailgate only — the driver will unload to the nearest safe point but will not move items inside your property. We recommend having 2–3 adults available to assist. The carrier will contact you 24–48 hours before delivery to arrange a suitable time.
Inspection & Transit Damage
Signing the delivery receipt confirms the goods arrived in good condition. Please inspect all packaging for visible damage before the driver leaves. Any transit damage (including concealed damage) must be reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window may be denied.
Failed Delivery & Redelivery Fees
We do not deliver bulky items to PO Boxes. If a delivery is missed, a redelivery fee of $50–$150 (depending on unit size) will apply before a second delivery attempt is made.
