Refund Policy

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's cost. Change of mind returns are not available for used, custom, clearance, or hygiene items, or commercial-use equipment. Returns may be issued as store credit, exchange, or refund at our discretion.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items, or within a reasonable time for faults. Photos/video, serial number, and proof of purchase are required. Return shipping is covered by RELEASE. for faulty items.

Major vs Minor Faults

A major failure includes an unsafe product, a product significantly different from its description, a product that doesn't work and can't be fixed, or a product you wouldn't have purchased if you'd known about the problem. Minor failures may be repaired or replaced.

Warranty

  • Ice Baths, Saunas, Red Light Panels: 12 months
  • Activewear: 30 days for manufacturing defects

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, damage from not following instructions, commercial use, accidental damage, water/electrical/environmental damage, or unauthorised repairs.

Installation and Setup

Customers must ensure site readiness prior to installation. Additional charges may apply if installation cannot be completed. Once installed, change of mind returns are not accepted.

Large Item Returns

Returns for large items must be approved before shipping. Freight costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. A restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price may apply.

Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after dispatch are subject to return shipping and handling fees. Custom products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to Return

Contact us with your full name, order number, product details, description of the issue, and photos/video if applicable.

Shipping Damage

Inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt. Report any damage within 48 hours with photos and keep all original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: used products, installed equipment, hygiene/wearable items once opened, clearance/sale items, gift cards, and custom products.
